Privacy for NoteFlow on vaultlock.app
This page explains what the public site and the NoteFlow app are intended to collect, store, and share today.
Effective: Current public release
What this page covers
This privacy page covers the public website at vaultlock.app and the current NoteFlow application experience described on that site.
It is written for the product as it exists today: a local-first notes app with a separate private vault for sensitive files.
Local-first app data
Notes, notebooks, and private vault content are intended to stay on your device by default.
NoteFlow does not depend on a mandatory cloud account for its core experience today. If backup or sync capabilities are introduced later, this page should be updated before those features are promoted publicly.
Website and technical data
You do not need to create an account to read the public website.
Like most public websites, infrastructure providers may process technical request data such as IP address, browser details, timestamps, and security logs to deliver pages, cache assets, and protect the service from abuse.
Downloads and third-party platforms
Download links may send you to external installer endpoints or app stores. Those services operate under their own privacy terms and policies.
If you choose to install the app through a store or platform provider, that provider may collect transaction, diagnostics, or device information independently of this website.
Updates
This page should be revised when product capabilities, hosting, analytics, or support channels materially change.
If the public site begins using new third-party services or the app adds cloud features, the privacy details should be expanded accordingly.
